Very fine, stoneground organic flour with raising agents for light and airy wholemeal cakes.  This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.
 
Ingredients: wheat*, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate).

May contain traces of barley, rye.
